What happens if a service provider doesn’t want to work with an NGO that reaches out through IPN?
Service providers have full control over who they work with. If you choose not to proceed with an NGO, you can decide not to offer your services.
How often is the IPN directory updated?
The directory is updated once in 6 months to keep information relevant and up-to-date. While data for existing service providers is refreshed every 6 months, new additions to the listing can be made on an ad-hoc basis.
